  1. Give your Persona something to work with

    Create and publish your Mezaic website with your profile and work. Choose a plan with Persona and external embedding, enable Persona, and add any useful notes.

  2. Approve your external websites

    Open Website → Persona → Embed on other websites. Add each HTTPS domain you use, including www separately if needed, enable embedding and save.

  3. Paste the snippet and publish

    Copy your embed code into the external website’s custom code area. Publish that website, try the chat and review conversations in Mezaic.

Do I need to move my existing website to Mezaic?

No. Keep it where it is and add the widget there. You still need a published Mezaic website with Persona enabled: its content and your Persona notes are the source of the answers. Blog presentation also needs personal author details enabled.

Does Persona learn from the website where I embed it?

No. Embedding does not crawl or automatically read the external website. Keep the information you want Persona to use in your Mezaic content and notes. Notes can be paraphrased in answers, so do not include confidential information.

Can I embed it on any website builder?

The published website must use HTTPS and allow custom JavaScript and embedded frames. Some builders restrict these features by plan. A site’s security policy or a visitor’s content blocker can also prevent the widget from loading; the setup guide explains what to check.

Do visitors need an account?

No. Visitors can chat without signing up, and the widget does not require third-party cookies. Chats are shared with the Persona owner for review and retained for 90 days unless the owner deletes them sooner.

How do domain limits and billing work?

External embedding requires a plan with both Persona and Persona on external websites. Up to ten approved domains share the Mezaic website’s monthly Persona allowance. Embedding does not create a separate allowance or require another Mezaic subscription for each external domain.

Can I stop the widget on an external site?

Yes. Remove that domain and save, or choose Disable embedding now. New widget loads and chat requests check the current settings, so you can stop new conversations without editing every installed snippet.
