Payments, receipts and invoices
How billing works, where to update your card, download invoices and receipts, and add a company name or tax ID.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Mezaic never sees or stores your card number.
Monthly or yearly
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly; the yearly price shows the months you save. Switch between them from the plan card on Website → Billing.
Update your card, download invoices
Click Payment method & invoices on the Billing page. It opens Stripe’s secure billing portal where you can:
- add or replace a card,
- download every invoice and receipt,
- add a company name, address and tax ID to appear on invoices,
- cancel a subscription.
Changes made there are reflected in Mezaic as soon as you return.
Taxes and currency
Prices are shown in the plan’s currency. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated and added at checkout based on your location; enter a tax ID in the billing portal if your business is registered for VAT and you need it shown on invoices.
One card, several websites
Your account has a single payment profile, so a card entered for one website is offered for every other website you subscribe. Each website still has its own subscription and invoice line.
