Account and website suspension
What an administrative suspension changes, how restoration works, and how it differs from a billing pause.
An administrator can suspend one website or an entire account. Suspension temporarily restricts access; it does not delete your content, subscribers, domains or subscription.
If one website is suspended
The website’s public pages and previews are unavailable. You can still sign in to manage your account and other websites. The affected website shows a suspension notice in the portal. Contact Mezaic support if you need help resolving it.
Scheduled posts stay scheduled, and queued subscriber emails wait. If sending was already in progress, it stops before the next batch and keeps track of the remaining readers. Delivery resumes after restoration, without sending the completed batches again; readers who unsubscribe while it is paused are excluded.
If your account is suspended
You are signed out and cannot sign in again until an administrator restores your account. All websites owned by the account become unavailable to visitors, and their scheduled posts and subscriber emails pause too.
Restoring the account does not remove a separate suspension applied to an individual website. Both restrictions must be resolved for that website to become available again.
Subscription and publishing settings
Suspension does not cancel your subscription or change whether a website is published. Restoration keeps your earlier publishing choice: an unpublished website stays unpublished. Billing and plan limits still apply.

For administrators
Open Admin → Users to suspend or restore an account, or Admin → Websites to act on one website. Choose Suspend user or Suspend website, enter a reason, and confirm the action. Suspended entries show their status and an Unsuspend user or Unsuspend website action.
Use the narrowest action that resolves the issue. Suspending a user affects all websites they own; suspending one website leaves the rest of the account available. You cannot suspend your own administrator account or remove the last active administrator’s access.
