Your dashboard and checklist
What the numbers on the dashboard mean, how the set-up checklist works and where each shortcut leads.
The dashboard is the first page of the portal for each website. It shows how set up the site is, how it performed over the last 30 days and quick ways to add something.
Set-up checklist
The checklist lists the things that make a personal site complete and shows what is done:
| Item | Counts as done when |
|---|---|
| Profile photo | You uploaded an avatar. |
| Bio & headline | Both fields are filled in. |
| Work experience, Education | At least one entry exists. |
| Links hub | At least one link exists. |
| First blog post | At least one post exists (any status). |
| Testimonials | At least one testimonial is published. |
| First subscriber | Someone confirmed their subscription. |
| Start a journey | At least one journey exists. |
| Custom domain | At least one domain is connected. |
Items for tools you hid in Features are left out, and the completeness percentage is computed over the items that remain, so a link-in-bio site can reach 100% without a blog.
Last 30 days
The stat tiles show views, visitors, link clicks and post reads for the last 30 days including today, with the change against the previous 30 days. Top links lists the most-clicked links in the same window. These numbers come from the same data as the Analytics page; if your plan’s analytics history is shorter than 30 days, the comparison period is clamped accordingly.
Header buttons
The buttons at the top (New post, New update, Add link, …) are shortcuts to the composers of the tools you have enabled.
