Password and email-code sign-in, resetting a password, sessions and what Mezaic does to protect your account.

Sign in

Go to mezaic.co/login and enter your email and password. If you are the owner of several websites, the portal opens on the last one you used.

Forgot your password

  1. Click Forgot password and enter your email.
  2. We send a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.
  3. Enter the code and choose a new password.

For privacy the flow behaves the same whether or not the email has an account.

Change your password

Open Account from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and use Change password. Changing it signs out every other session and sends you a notice by email.

How your account is protected

  • Passwords are stored hashed; email codes are stored hashed and expire after 10 minutes with five attempts.
  • Sign-in attempts are rate-limited per account and per network address.
  • Sessions are cookie-based and limited to the mezaic.co domain; your public site never receives them.
  • Sign-up and reset flows never reveal whether an address is registered.

Tips

  • Use a password manager. The sign-up flow shows your confirmed email read-only so managers save it as the username.
  • Keep your account email current. It is where codes, payment notices and backup emails go.
