Spotlights

Up to six prominent cards under your header for the things you most want seen: a product, a book, a newsletter.

Spotlights sit directly under your profile header on every tab of your home page, so they are the first thing a visitor sees after your name. Use them for the one to three things that matter most right now.

Add a spotlight

  1. Open Your page → Spotlights and click Add spotlight.
  2. Enter a title (up to 80 characters), an optional description (up to 200) and the URL it links to (must be https://).
  3. Optionally add a wide image. It counts against your storage.
  4. Save.

A single spotlight renders as one wide card with the image beside the text; several become a grid, one column on phones.

Manage

Reorder by dragging, hide a spotlight without deleting it, or delete it. You can have up to six.

Which plans

Spotlights are a plan feature. On a plan without them the cards are not shown on your site but nothing is deleted; they return when you upgrade. See Plans and what’s included.

Tips

  • One spotlight with a strong image usually beats six small ones.
  • Pair a spotlight with a featured link only if they lead to different places; otherwise you are spending attention twice.
  • Spotlights are exported with your site and counted on the dashboard.
