Create your account and first site

Sign up with an email code, pick your address and name, and land in your new portal.

Signing up takes about a minute. You need an email address you can read right away.

1. Confirm your email

  1. Go to mezaic.co/register and enter your email.
  2. We send a 6-digit code. It is valid for 10 minutes and you get five attempts.
  3. Type the code, then choose your name and a password.

Note

If the address already has an account, we email you a note saying so instead of a code. The sign-up form never reveals whether an email is registered. Use Log in or Forgot password instead.

2. Name your site and pick an address

The first screen in the portal asks for two things:

  • Display name: shown at the top of your site and in the browser title. Usually your name.
  • Mezaic address: your handle, which becomes handle.mezaic.me. Letters, numbers and hyphens; we check availability as you type. Some names (brand and infrastructure words) are reserved.

You can change both later under Settings, but changing the handle breaks old links to your site, so pick something you will keep. A custom domain can be connected at any time and does not depend on the handle.

3. Choose what you will use Mezaic for

Step two shows the feature picker. Choose a starting point (Everything, Link in bio, Writer, Portfolio & résumé or Founder) or tick individual tools. This only shapes the portal’s sidebar; it never hides anything on your public site. Details in Choose your tools.

4. Bring something over (optional)

If you already have links on Linktree or posts on Medium, the last step offers a one-minute import so your new site is not empty on day one. You can also do this later from the Links and Blog pages. See Switching to Mezaic.

What you get

  • A live site at handle.mezaic.me, published by default. Add a photo and a bio before sharing it, or unpublish while you set up.
  • The Free plan, with room to try every included tool. See Plans and what’s included.
  • A dashboard with a set-up checklist. See Your dashboard.

Tips

  • You can run several websites from one account (for example one for you and one for a side project). Each has its own address, content and plan; see Multiple websites.
  • Password managers save the confirmed email as your username, so sign-in later is one click.

Troubleshooting

The code never arrives. Check spam, then request a new one from the same screen. Codes are limited to five per email per hour. If your company mail filters aggressively, try a personal address.

“That address is taken” or “reserved”. Handles are unique across Mezaic and a short list of names is reserved. Try a variation, such as adding your surname or a hyphen.
